On the 9th of May 2015, after five years of work, Chateau Anand is finally open to pubic.
January to July 2013: major renovation of the kitchen space in the castle and addition of cool rooms.
January – March 2013: building a wide terrace to enjoy sunshine with view over the river on the back of the castle, near the kitchen and the practice rooms
April- May 2012: creating a pool of water with access for the fire brigade as required by the fire regulations and finally….
February – April 2012: tranformation of the attic into a dormitory space
From February 2011 to March 2012: renovation of the refectory rooms from inside to outside Finishing with the floor in 2013: Finally….
From January to March 2012: buidling Château Anand’s water traitment system
2010-2011: The 4 pavillions which used to be children’s dormitories were renovated and turned into 4 bedrooms of 4 beds with private bathrooms and a shared kitchen in each one. Heavy work from floor to roof! The infirmary building was renovated and turned into a buidling with disabled access rooms. And the result….
